Our team is more about people than it is about design. Design is a given due to our innate desires to constantly create. It is people that inspire this to unfold and articulates a new canvas within us.

Home Base: Arlington, VA
Servicing the Washington, DC Metropolitan area and virtually nationwide.

Amanda Schwab is the Principal Designer at the studio. Her consistent approach to each design from its start, progress, and finish allow our small husband and wife team to be very dynamic in thought, design, and curation. Amanda’s vision and responsibility for each design is to ‘Keep Out of Character’. Our mantra, which means allowing the main character of the story, those whom we design for, to be the main characters of the story. Not our studio’s projection of character onto the design. It is Amanda’s job and passion to be consistent in helping others find their unique style or taste and let their story unfold. We are always honored when asked to design spaces so close to a person's heart; their home.

Bryan Abdallah is the studio’s trusted Consultant and Business Development Specialist. Owner and founder of SoshelBUILDER, a social media and virtual persona development business. He always brings balance to the work and the people who are involved through creativity and thought innovation. It is very hard to explain or define what Bryan does as a specific role due to his complex nature. However, as a team, Designer Soup would not be as bold and humorous if Amanda did not have the SoshelBUILDER within our studios’ creative developments.
